We're giving away a $500 voucher to any local Mackay or Isaac tackle store of your choice* - All you need to do is suggest the winning name for Mackay's newest fishing spectacular.

What is the event?

Catch and Release photo competition
Mobile Application based
Photos will measure the size, location, and fish species automatically
Compete with friends and track your progress
Daily cash prizes, merchandise and prize packs up for grabs!
Prizes will be drawn each day at random via species, location and size.
It is open to everyone from first time anglers, through to those that know how

to wrestle a 5kg Sooty Grunter in the boat!

What we're looking for in the winning name

Something that makes it obvious that it's about fishing (words like angler, reel or fish)
A name that is family friendly, keep it clean and fun!
A hint that winning in this event will be a game of chance

Additional T & C's*: No Gambling Connotations. Entries close 11.59pm February 18th 2022. Winner will be chosen by Mackay Isaac Tourism February 21st 2022, with the name being announced March 1st 2022.
