The evening will start with a short walk up to the cattle yards where you will learn how the property is run and managed. Then we head back to the venue where you get to sit back and relax and take in the amazing views.

The drinks will be served by the Saddle Up Mobile Bar with Chelona State School selling the drink tickets. All bar proceeds will go to the school. Cash and eftpos facilities available.

Bears BBQ Company will be smoking the chicken and brisket to perfection as they always do, while the Note Park kitchen staff will be preparing and serving the sides to accompany the meats and making the delicious trio of desserts.

Live entertainment will be performed by the talented band G Force.
